  1. Zobaline has helped our diabetic cat tremendously for years now. From not being able to walk upon being diagnosed with diabetes to years later back to normal and going strong. Highly recommend!

  2. We have an older diabetic cats who has developed a dropped hock gait since summer last year despite being on insulin and otherwise well controlled. Since we started Zobaline in late January 2025 we started seeing improvement in his mobility and ability to jump on low furniture. We can also sense he has more strength in his hind legs. We will continue treatment and hope to see further improvements.

  3. I’m so glad I found out about this supplement. It basically cured our diabetic kitty’s neuropathy; combined with stabilizing his blood sugar

  9. My cat is tolerating Zobaline with no issues and it’s easy to administer (we use pill pockets), but I’m not sure it’s doing anything. We suspect she has some neuropathy in her front legs, and after nearly 60 days on Zobaline, I see no improvement. We are about to purchase another bottle, as I want to give her at least 90 days on it before giving up.

  10. As I wrote in previous reviews, this Zobaline cured my diabetic cat’s neuropathy in his back legs at the onset of his diabetes. However, the new form of the pills, wider and flatter, are very difficult for my cat to swallow and he often chokes on them. PLEASE go back to the previous shaped pill or I will have to buy elsewhere. As you can see in the picture, my cat is not happy with them neither !

    • If your cat is having trouble swallowing the tablet, you can crush it up and add it to his food.
